You won’t have to explain or justify non-monogamy with me. I work with individuals, couples, and partners navigating polyamory and ENM, including jealousy, boundaries, attachment, communication, agreements, changing relationship structures, and the wonderfully complicated reality of loving more than one person.

My practice is kink-knowledgeable, sex-positive, and judgment-free. Whether kink is an important part of your identity, your relationships, your sexuality, or simply something you’re curious about, we can talk openly about BDSM, power dynamics, consent, boundaries, desires, shame, and intimacy without treating kink itself as something that needs to be “fixed.”

I make room for the version of motherhood people don’t always feel they are allowed to talk about—the exhaustion, resentment, guilt, identity loss, relationship changes, impossible expectations, and the reality that you can deeply love your child and still struggle with being a mother. We live in a world that has contradicting expectations of mothers, where we are often seen both as not enough and too much at the same time. Juggling work, family, self-care, relationships, friendships and so much unseen emotional labor is something I understand and can help you to navigate.

I approach ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence from a place of understanding rather than trying to make you function more like a neurotypical person. As a person with ADHD and the mother of a child with Autism and ADHD, I understand better than most the struggles, the questions, and navigating the systems and resources. We can explore masking, burnout, executive functioning, sensory needs, relationships, self-understanding, and ways to build a life that works *with* your brain rather than constantly fighting against it.

Whether the abuse came from an intimate partner, a parent, caregivier or a friend, healing from abuse is about more than leaving the situation. I help survivors recognize and process the impact abuse has had on their sense of safety, identity, relationships, and ability to trust themselves. Together, we can work through trauma and shame, identify and unlearn survival patterns that may no longer serve you, rebuild boundaries and self-trust, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been diminished along the way. The goal isn’t simply to “move on”—it’s to reclaim your sense of self, safety, autonomy, and the freedom to build a life that feels like your own again.

SPECIALIZING IN:

Gender Affirming Care

LGBTQIA+ Focused Care

As a queer woman, I understand the importance of having a therapist who has lived experience as an LGBTQIA+ person in today’s world. You deserve a therapist who understands that your LGBTQIA+ identity isn’t automatically the problem—but that living in a world that doesn’t always affirm, understand, or protect you can absolutely affect your mental health. I provide an affirming space where you can show up as your whole self without having to explain the basics, censor parts of your life, or wonder whether you’ll be judged. Whether you’re exploring identity, coming out, navigating relationships or family, dealing with discrimination or minority stress, or working through something completely unrelated to being LGBTQIA+, you’re welcome here.

HRT/GAC/Surgery
Letters & Referrals

Accessing gender-affirming medical care can already involve enough barriers. I have 15+ years of experience providing a genuinely affirming space where you can explore gender, identity, expression, and transition without having to educate your therapist or defend who you are. My role is to support you in figuring out what feels authentic and right for *you*. I provide assessments and letters for HRT and gender-affirming procedure, along with referrals to surgeons, physicians, community resources and support navigating the process, with an approach centered on respect, autonomy, and informed decision-making.

Couples & Relationship
Counseling

I work with partners to understand what’s happening beneath the arguments, disconnection, or recurring patterns—not to decide who’s “right.” As a therapist thoroughly trained in the Gottman Method, I help couples learn to communicate more effectively, deepen intimacy, navigate change, build and rebuild trust, engage in healthy conflict, and create a relationship that works for the people in it rather than following a prescribed relationship rulebook or operating on a definition of what a relationship "should" look like.
